I'm teaching two online courses this summer!

I’m excited to share that I’m teaching two courses through Library Juice Academy, which offers online classes on a range of topics for library professionals.

• DIY Usability Testing (May 2024)
• Know Your User: Research Methods Beyond Usability Testing (June 2024)

This will be my first time teaching a month-long asynchronous class. My goal is to make the classes as informative, interesting, and fun as I find user research itself to be.
